When do my Business Builder Fund (BBF) dollars expire?

Effective 2019, Business Builder Funds no longer expire.

When do I receive my first deposit into my BBF?

You will see your first BBF deposit once your Keune purchases reach $1,500 or higher. Percentages are calculated back to your first dollar earned.

Do all salon purchases count towards monthly purchase totals to earn BBF?

Professional monthly purchases include all colors, lighteners, forming and back bar products. Retail monthly purchases include all retail products in Care, Style, 1922 and So Pure. Accessory items, sales tax and shipping and handling charges are excluded from monthly purchase totals.

How do I update my salon account information in the Keune Loyalty Club (KLC)?

Contact your distributor sales consultant to update your account information.

How do I redeem my BBF dollars for Keune products?

Log into your KLC account with the “Log In” button at the top right corner of the KLC website. Once logged in, shop for products under the “Rewards: Product Redemption” tab. Redemption items also include developers, lighteners, activators, and Keune branded items.

Can Keune product reward orders be paid with a credit card?

Product reward orders are only payable using your BBF.

Why am I unable to complete my shopping cart checkout when receiving the error message “more funds are needed”?

Product reward orders cannot exceed the amount currently in the salon’s BBF. Items must be removed from the shopping cart to reduce the total amount of the order that is equal to or is less than the BBF available at time of checkout.
